(1)JIALUN Raw rubber tire patch (2)JIALUN Tire patch

2022-06-13

1. Reasons for foaming or delamination of the patch after vulcanization:
(1) The vulcanization time is not enough, the temperature is too low, and the raw rubber layer behind the patch is not fully vulcanized, resulting in bubbles.
The volatiles generated during vulcanization are not completely removed;
(2) The vulcanization pressure is insufficient, so that the patch cannot closely fit the inner wall of the tire, causing delamination.
(3) The vulcanization temperature is too high, and the surface of the rubber compound is prematurely vulcanized, which hinders the free precipitation of water vapor and air in the rubber compound, resulting in gas retention or incomplete volatilization of the sulfide, resulting in bubbles.

2. The process of using the patch:
Find the area where the tire needs to be repaired, draw the sanding area, grind it, roughen the surface, clean and dust off, brush with sizing glue, dry it, find the appropriate patch model, tear off the protective film behind the patch, and paste In the sanding area, compact. The patch covering the toe mouth needs to be filled with raw rubber at the toe mouth, so that the vulcanized appearance is very beautiful. The other parts of the patch have been processed, no need to polish, no need to stick the raw rubber, and it can be vulcanized directly on the machine. .
For the patch that does not cover the toe, directly polish the inner wall of the tire, clean and dedust, brush with sizing glue, dry it, tear off the protective film behind the patch, stick it on the sanding area, compact it and then vulcanize it on a machine.

3. The vulcanization temperature of the patch is 135°C for the sidewall, 145°C for the tire bottom, 3 hours for vulcanization, 5-6MP air pressure (constant air pressure causes little damage to the air bag and long service life), and then cools down to 70--80°C naturally. The airbag can be taken out to complete the vulcanization.

In the process of tire use, the most common wound is that the sidewall is scratched, the bottom of the tire is punctured by a foreign body, and the tread rubber and steel wire layer are pierced, resulting in air leakage, which needs to be repaired. The traditional patch repair tire has defects and bad repair of the tire, which is easy to cause secondary damage to the tire, or even completely scrapped.
The repair method here is suitable for all types of radial tires (commonly known as wire tires) and tubeless tires (tubeless truck tires). It can repair wounds with a maximum size of about 60mmX30mm.

Market user population: The products mainly provide product and technical support for tire retreading plants, tire repair shops, tire dealers, transportation enterprises and the vast number of tire users.

We use the steel ply of waste tires as the raw material to repair damaged tires. The patch has an arc very close to the tire in both the length and width directions, and a layer of unvulcanized low-temperature vulcanization is arranged on the back of the patch. The rubber layer, after re-vulcanization, can be closely attached to the inner wall of the damaged tire, and is not easy to crack and delaminate. Try not to change the structure of the tire itself during the repair process, to avoid secondary expansion of tire damage during the treatment process, to maintain the original structure and performance of the tire to the greatest extent, and to ensure the overall safety of the tire. The damage within the effective level can continue to serve the vehicle and realize the continuous value of the tire, rather than a "one-off" product. It saves resources and reduces pollution, protects the health of employees, is efficient, fast, safe and reliable in quality, allows valuable tires to be reused, reduces the amount of waste tires from the source, saves energy, reduces consumption, and is low-carbon and environmentally friendly.

The alloy tungsten steel grinding disc is made of high-quality tungsten steel. The alloy tungsten steel grinding disc is suitable for grinding various types of tires. It is recommended to use an angle grinder with a smaller handle. When grinding, the hand can be fully grasped and not tired. The outer diameter of the alloy tungsten steel grinding disc is 100mm, and the diameter of the inner hole is 16mm. A special tool for grinding tires. It can polish a tire in about 2 minutes. The warped steel wire will not bounce greatly when it hits the wound. It is fast and safe. There is no need to cut the mouth part, it can be directly polished, with long service life and strong wear resistance.

Advantage:
1. It is specially designed for various types of tires, which is safer and more durable than the grinding wheels on the market.
2. The surface after grinding is rough, which improves the bonding effect, which is unmatched by ordinary grinding wheels.
3. The grinding speed is fast, which greatly improves the work efficiency.
4. It must be used with an angle grinder with a diameter of 16mm.
5. The speed of the traditional grinding vibrator is more than 2,000 rpm. The motor drives the long tube, which is very troublesome to drag it around. The speed of the angle grinder is 11,000 rpm. In comparison, the angle grinder is faster than the vibrator. Alloy tungsten steel grinding disc has become a special tool for harmless tire grinding and is favored by the majority of users.

Sichuan Jialun Renewable Resources Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2015 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales. The company is mainly committed to the comprehensive utilization of waste tire resource regeneration. Through technological innovation, it has developed a series of key core technologies and leading products, and has obtained 4 national invention patents and 11 utility model patents. The "Industrialization Environmental Protection Project of Recycling and Comprehensive Utilization of Waste Tire Resources" won the "Champion of the First College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Neijiang City in 2015", and the product won the title of "Sichuan Province Integrity Product". It is an "advanced enterprise in Zizhong County returning home to start a business", "Excellent Private Enterprise in Zizhong County", "Excellent Private Enterprise in Neijiang City", and "Integrity Enterprise in Sichuan Province".
The product all-steel truck tire patch is the key promotion product of Sichuan Tire Refurbishment and Utilization Association. It belongs to the category encouraged by the state and is widely used in the transportation industry. , which greatly relieves the pressure on the environment caused by waste tires. Up to now, the construction of terminal outlets and channels has been completed in 21 provinces and 2 municipalities directly under the Central Government, and more than 10,000 terminal outlets have been laid. In order to increase and speed up the market promotion of project products, at the same time build an e-commerce transaction platform, complete the establishment of online marketing lines, and synchronize online and offline sales.
"Pragmatism, innovation, integrity, win-win, escort for safety" is the goal we have been practicing. Harmony, fast and good development, unremitting efforts.
